I will continue to donate what I can to this cause, as it is very dear to my heart. I was circumcised at birth without my consent. I have experienced serious complications as a result, both physical, emotional and psychological. It is my dream to one day regain what was taken from me.
This is a cause that not many are aware of, or are in denial of. But I have a feeling that the tide is beginning to turn. Surely as we continue our advocacy and our efforts to inform, more will begin to see things in favor of human rights and bodily integrity. This day is soon to come, I am certain!

Stephen Badylak on “Regenerative Medicine: Possibilities and Potential” at Singularity Summit 2011

Dr. Stephen Badylak is a professor of surgery at the University of Pittsburgh, and he’s the deputy director of the McGowan institute for regenerative medicine. He began his career at Purdue University in 1983, and has practiced both veterinary and human medicine. Over the last 20 years, and initially in animals, Dr. Badylak has pioneered the medical application of tissue growth technology. He is famous for r his work regrowing portions of esophagi, tendons, bladders, blood vessels, and even hearts. Dr. Badylak has earned 50 U.S. patents, 200 patents globally, and has authored more than 200 scientific publications.

Foregen’s advertising campaign begins in Chico, CA

Foregen has unveiled the first billboard in its advertising campaign, starting in Chico, CA. The billboard confronts the key human rights issue with circumcision, whether the individual ever gave permission for such an operation. But it also makes motorists and passersby aware that there is a solution.The billboard also coincides with reaching $20,000 in donations and Foregen is continuing to seek donations to help make this dream a reality.The billboard will remain for the month of December.It is the first step of an advertising campaign designed to reach out and raise awareness among millions of circumcised men that they can reverse the circumcision that was forced upon them. Since the beginning of time if a man was circumcised at birth he was destined to live his entire life with a forced amputation of his healthy, natural anatomy. For the first time in history the dream of a circumcised man to be intact is now attainable. Rapid advancements in technology and tissue regeneration during the past few decades, and specifically the past 10 years have allowed scientists to successfully regenerate dozens of different body parts, everything from internal organs to fingers. Currently, regenerative medicine is starting to transform from the research phase to being applied in mainstream medicine. The idea behind regenerative medicine is that every cell in the body has the DNA to replicate the entire body; so if a particular part of the body is damaged or missing, the body still has the genetics of that body part. In the case of foreskin regeneration, modern technology can use the genetics of the foreskin located in another part of the body that you still have to reconstruct the missing foreskin.
